How do I order a personalized gift?
Ordering a personalized gift is easy. Simply browse through our selection of products, select your preferred item, and follow the customization options available for that product. This usually involves uploading a photo or entering text, which will then be incorporated into the design of the item.
What types of photos or pictures can I use for my personalized gift / item?
We recommend using high-resolution images to ensure the best print quality. The photo should be clear, well-lit, and not too grainy. The better the quality of your photo, the better the final product will look.
Can I request a custom design that isn't available on your website?
Yes, we can often accommodate custom design requests. Please contact our team via email at support@giftenova.com with your ideas, and we'll do our best to bring your vision to life.
Can I place a bulk order for a special event or corporate gift?
Yes, we can accommodate bulk orders. Please contact our team at support@giftenova.com to discuss your needs, and we can provide a quote based on the quantity and product.
What are your production and shipping times?
We offer worldwide shipping. Standard production takes 2–5 business days with 2–5 days shipping. Expedited production takes 1–2 business days with 1–3 days shipping. Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding national holidays. If you are in a hurry, please let us know in advance so we can speed up the process.
What are the shipping costs?
Standard shipping: free for orders over $100, $4.99 for orders $50–$99.99, and $9.99 for orders under $49.99. Express shipping: $9.99 for orders over $100 and $14.99 for orders under $99.99.
When should I receive my order?
After you place your order, we produce it in 1–5 days. Then, depending on your choice of shipping, you will receive your order between 3 to 15 days. If you need it by a certain date, make sure you place your order considering these timelines.
Where are you located and where are the products shipping from?
Our company is located in Los Angeles, California, USA. Our production facility is located in Turkey. Depending on your order and item, your order can come from either Los Angeles or Turkey.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide, however there might be some exceptions. Delivery to some countries might be delayed due to our shipping carrier. In those cases, get in touch with us so we can follow up on your order.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay. Secured payment gateways and methods are used for all options.
Which shipment companies do you work with?
We work with DHL, FedEx, UPS, and USPS. For certain countries, we also work with local postal offices for last mile delivery.
How can I track my order?
We will send the tracking number to you via email after your order has been shipped. You can track your order from the carrier's official website. If there is an issue with your tracking information, please get in touch with us.
What happens if my order came damaged?
We would be happy to send a replacement product or provide a partial refund depending on the damage. Please send us photos of the damage and packaging to support@giftenova.com. An investigation with our carrier may take up to 2–3 weeks.
Do you accept returns?
For customized products, we do not accept returns since they are custom made. For non-custom products, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Shipment costs are non-refundable and return expenses are covered by the customer.
What if the design I want is out of stock?
We might be out of stock due to high demand. Please send us an email at support@giftenova.com so we can come up with solutions as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you have 12 hours after placing your order to cancel. After 12 hours, your item is likely being manufactured and cancellation is no longer possible.
What do I do if my address is wrong?
Contact us right away at support@giftenova.com with your order number and correct address. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll correct it. If it has shipped, we'll try to update it with the carrier but there is no guarantee.
Can I use more than one discount code at a time?
No, only 1 discount code per order is possible.
How do I care for my personalized gift?
Care instructions vary depending on the product. You'll find specific care instructions in the product description or included with your product upon delivery.
