Note: For the sharpest result, upload a high-resolution, well-lit photo. Printed colors may vary slightly from screen. Keep the block out of persistent direct sunlight and wipe with a soft, dry microfiber cloth; no harsh cleaners on the acrylic surface.
High-resolution images print sharpest. We recommend at least 2 MP for the 2 x 2 and 4 x 4 sizes and 4 MP or higher for the 4 x 6 and 6 x 6. Clear subjects, good lighting, and clean backgrounds produce the most striking result. Heavily filtered or screenshot-quality photos lose detail in a block format.
Production takes 2-5 business days (each block is UV-printed, polished, and scratch-proof packaged before leaving our facility). Standard shipping adds 3-8 business days; express (UPS) adds 1-3. Most orders arrive within two weeks of placement worldwide.
Because every block is made from your personal photo, we can't accept returns on a change of mind. If the block arrives damaged, doesn't match the approved proof, or has a production fault, message us at support@giftenova.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll remake or refund it.
Acrylic blocks print directly onto the material and create a subtle 3D depth that framed photos can't match. Light passes through the acrylic, color looks more saturated, and the block sits freestanding without a frame or a wall nail. They are also harder to damage, easier to dust, and more gift-ready than a framed print you'd still have to hang.
