Is the album plaque an electronic device that plays music?

No. The album plaque is a printed acrylic display piece, not a speaker, screen, or playback device. It does not play sound or video on its own and contains no music or audio. The album-cover / music-player look is a visual layout only - the design displays your photo and your text in that layout style. If you want to attach a digital link, see the QR code option in the next FAQ.

How does the QR code option work?

Paste an optional customer-provided URL into the QR Code field. A compatible phone camera or QR reader can open that URL. The plaque does not host or play the destination content, and continued access depends on the destination remaining available.

What configuration options are currently available?

Review the product page options to see what is included. No stand name, upgrade relationship, connector, cable, light-color, power, or compatibility claim is made here.

What color options are available and what do they change?

Choose Black or White as the accent color for the album cover design. The accent color appears in the title bar, the time-section line, and the surrounding album-artwork elements. Your photo itself prints in full color regardless of the accent color you pick. Default is Black if you do not select one.

What text can I customize on the plaque?

Four text fields in the album-cover layout: a Main Title (up to 36 characters - typically a song title, message, or short phrase), a Subtitle (up to 42 characters - typically names or a location), and two short time-section fields (up to 16 characters each - typically a date, a duration, or any short label). The text is yours to choose; we print exactly what you submit. We do not add or fill in song titles, artist names, or any other content for you.

What kind of photo prints best on this plaque?

A square or near-square, high-quality photo with a clear subject is recommended. Prepare the crop before ordering and use our photo resolution guide to check the file.

How long does production and shipping take?

Current product-specific estimates are 3 to 5 business days for production and 2 to 6 business days for standard U.S. shipping. These are estimates, not an arrival-date guarantee; confirm the current options at checkout.

How do I care for the plaque?

Wipe gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth and avoid abrasive cleaning tools. No scratch, humidity, fade, peel, or lifespan resistance is claimed.

Can I return a personalized album plaque?

Because this item is made from customer-supplied content, return eligibility differs from standard merchandise. Review the current return policy before ordering, and contact us if it arrives damaged or has a production problem.

Size and Display Options

Review the options on the product page before ordering. Exact sizes, stands, and included components appear in the product options.

How to Customize

Upload Your Photo: Send a high-resolution image through the product page personalization form. Our guide on choosing the right photo covers resolution, lighting, and composition.
Fill In the Text Fields: Type the title or message, subtitle (names or location), and the two time-section fields (date, length, or whatever you want in those positions). All four text fields print directly on the plaque in the album-cover layout. Optional: paste a URL into the QR Code field and we print a scannable QR code linking to it. See how the text fields work.
Pick Your Options and Review: Choose from the options and accent colors shown on the product page. After checkout, the order receives an internal review. We contact you only if there is a clear issue; there is no separate proof-approval step. Review your photo, text, spelling, and URL before ordering. Here is more on our review process before printing.

Add a Scannable QR Code

Every Album Plaque can include an optional QR code printed as part of the album-cover layout. Paste any URL you control into the QR Code field on the personalization form and we render it as a scannable code on the plaque; a compatible phone camera or QR reader can open that customer-provided URL. The plaque does not host or play the destination content, and continued access depends on the destination remaining available. People use it for a meaningful link: a video message, a shared photo album, a wedding site, or a playlist you own. The plaque stays a clean printed keepsake while the code carries the digital side of the story. Leave the field blank and the plaque prints without one.

Why Giftenova

Each plaque is made to order, inspected, and protectively packaged before shipping.

The Moment, On Your Shelf. More than decor, the Album Plaque turns a photo and the people in it into a freestanding keepsake. One option for first-dance anniversaries, milestone photos, and any moment you'd frame if framing felt too ordinary.

Note: For the sharpest result, upload a high-resolution, well-lit photo. Printed colors may vary slightly from screen. Keep the plaque out of persistent direct sunlight and wipe with a soft, dry microfiber cloth; no harsh cleaners on the acrylic finish.
