What sizes does the song plaque come in?

Review the options on the product page before ordering. Exact sizes and included components appear in the product options.

What can I personalize on it?

Upload a photo (such as album art or a meaningful picture) and add a main title, a subtitle, and the start and end time markers shown on the record's player bar. An optional QR code can open a URL you provide. We print exactly what you type, so double-check spelling before ordering.

What photo works best for the plaque?

A high-resolution, well-lit photo with a clear subject prints sharpest in the record layout. See our photo resolution guide for how to check your image before ordering.

What does the QR code do?

The optional printed QR points to a customer-provided URL. A compatible phone camera or QR reader can open it. The plaque does not host or play destination content, and continued access depends on that URL remaining available.

How long does it take to make and ship?

Current product-specific estimates are 3 to 5 business days for production and 2 to 6 business days for standard U.S. shipping. These are estimates, not an arrival-date guarantee; confirm the current options at checkout.

Can I return a custom song plaque?

Because this item is made from customer-supplied content, return eligibility differs from standard merchandise. Review the current return policy before ordering, and contact us if it arrives damaged or has a production problem.

Song Plaque Vinyl Printing Album Plaque Vinyl Record Gift Product with A Couple Picture

A vinyl-record-style photo plaque for the memories you want to honor. We render your photo on a printed record aesthetic on clear 3mm acrylic, with custom names, dates, and an optional dedication line. Review the options shown on the product page to see what is included.

What Is a Song Plaque?

A song plaque is a photo keepsake printed in the style of a vinyl record on clear acrylic: your picture sits at the center of the record design, with your own message and dates printed along a player-style bar beneath it. It reads like a piece of record-store decor, but every word on it is yours. Our guide on what a song plaque is covers the format in depth - and if you prefer a square album-cover layout over the record look, see our album cover plaque instead.

Product Features

Clear 3 mm Acrylic: Your photo and custom text are printed in a vinyl-record-style visual layout on a freestanding acrylic plaque.
Printed Vinyl-Style Layout: Your photo and custom text print in a record-inspired visual layout for indoor display.
Options and Components: Review the product page options to see what is included.
Personalization: The plaque uses your photo and the custom text fields shown on the product page. Each order receives an internal review; we contact you only if there is a clear issue.

What Can You Personalize?

The record design is built from your photo and your words. The personalization form accepts:

Photo: Prints at the heart of the record design. A square, high-resolution image works best; 20MB max file size.
Main title line: A short message or phrase in the headline position - a nickname, a milestone, or a line that belongs to the two of you.
Subtitle: Names, a location, or a second line of your message.
Two time markers: The player-style bar carries a short entry at each end - a date on both sides, or a date paired with an infinity sign.
Optional QR code: Add a URL you control - a video or a memory page - and we print a scannable QR code into the design. Scanning opens that page in a browser; the plaque itself does not play or stream media.
Notes: Any special request for your design.

The form includes a copyright confirmation: please upload only content you own or have permission to use.

Which Option Should You Choose?

Review the options on the product page and confirm the complete footprint before ordering. Exact sizes and included components appear in the product options.

How to Customize

Upload Your Photo or Content: Send a high-resolution image (and/or the custom text or design you want printed) through the product page personalization form. See how to add names and text.
Review the Options: Choose from the options shown on the product page.
Review and Confirm: Each order receives an internal review. We contact you only if there is a clear issue; there is no separate proof-approval step. Review your photo, text, spelling, and optional URL before ordering. Here is how we review your order before printing.

When to Give It

Anniversaries are the natural fit: the first-dance photo with the wedding date on the time markers turns the plaque into a marker of the day itself. It works the same way for Valentine's Day, an engagement, a milestone birthday, or a housewarming for someone whose shelves already lean vintage. As a memorial keepsake, a favorite photo with the years on the player bar keeps the tone warm rather than somber.

Each plaque is made to order. Current estimates are 3-5 business days for production and 2 to 6 business days for standard shipping; confirm current options at checkout. These are estimates, not an arrival-date guarantee.

Why Giftenova

Each plaque is made to order, inspected, and protectively packaged before shipping.

A Memory in Record-Store Style. More than decor, the Vinyl Record Plaque frames a photo inside a classic vinyl aesthetic. One option for music-lover decor, first-dance keepsakes, and anyone who likes their memories with a little vintage flair.

Note: For the sharpest result, upload a high-resolution, well-lit photo; our guide on choosing the right photo covers resolution, lighting, and composition. Printed colors may vary slightly from screen. Keep the plaque out of persistent direct sunlight and wipe with a soft, dry microfiber cloth; no harsh cleaners on the acrylic finish.
