No. The album plaque is a printed acrylic display piece, not a speaker, screen, or playback device. It does not play sound or video on its own and contains no music or audio. The album-cover / music-player look is a visual layout only - the design displays your photo and your text in that layout style. If you want to attach a digital link, see the QR code option in the next FAQ.
In the personalization form, paste any URL you want into the QR Code field. Common choices: a personal video, a private memory page, a wedding website, a voice-note hosting link, or any web page you control. We render that URL as a scannable QR code printed directly onto the plaque. Anyone scans it with a standard phone camera, no app needed. The link destination is whatever lives at the URL you provided. The plaque itself stays a static, non-electronic print.
Four sizes: 6x4 in (15x10 cm) for a desk or shelf, 8x6 in (20x15 cm) as a balanced gift size, 8x10 in (20x25 cm) for a mantel or counter centerpiece, and 12x8 in (30x20 cm) as a statement piece. The square album-cover photo area scales with the size; titles and time sections remain readable at every size.
The Wooden Stand is a natural wood base that holds the plaque upright. The LED Wooden Stand has a USB-powered light strip underneath that backlights the acrylic for a soft glow, especially noticeable in the evening or in low light. The LED stand uses a USB-C cable (included) and works with any phone adapter, laptop USB port, or USB wall plug. Both stands fit every size.

Choose Black or White as the accent color for the album cover design. The accent color appears in the title bar, the time-section line, and the surrounding album-artwork elements. Your photo itself prints in full color regardless of the accent color you pick. Default is Black if you do not select one.
Four text fields in the album-cover layout: a Main Title (up to 36 characters - typically a song title, message, or short phrase), a Subtitle (up to 42 characters - typically names or a location), and two short time-section fields (up to 16 characters each - typically a date, a duration, or any short label). The text is yours to choose; we print exactly what you submit. We do not add or fill in song titles, artist names, or any other content for you.
Square or near-square, high-resolution photos with a clear subject and clean background print best. Studio portraits, wedding photos, couple shots, family photos, concert moments, and graphic designs all work well. Avoid very dark, blurry, or visually busy photos because the printed result will reflect those qualities. If your photo is rectangular we center-crop it to fit the square album-cover layout.
Production takes 2-5 business days (UV printing plus acrylic cutting plus assembly). Standard shipping adds 5-8 business days and express (UPS) adds 1-4. Order early for time-sensitive occasions like anniversaries, birthdays, weddings, and graduations.
Wipe gently with a soft microfiber cloth and a small amount of mild soap or standard window cleaner. Avoid ammonia-based cleaners, acetone, abrasive sponges, and paper towels because they can scratch or cloud acrylic over time. The UV-printed image is bonded directly to the acrylic and will not peel or fade under normal indoor display. The wooden stand can be wiped with a slightly damp cloth; avoid soaking it.
Because every plaque is printed to order with your photo and your custom text, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns. If your plaque arrives damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, message us at support@giftenova.com within 7 days of delivery and we will remake or refund.
