Production takes 2-5 business days from checkout, plus 3-7 business days standard shipping. For time-sensitive occasions, order at least two weeks ahead.

What photo works best on canvas?

A high-resolution JPG or PNG with good lighting and clear focus. For 24x36 or larger sizes, we recommend 4 MP or higher; for 30x40 and 40x60, the closer to 8 MP the better. If your photo is below the recommended resolution, the print will look softer than a higher-resolution upload would. For the sharpest result, upload the highest-resolution photo you have available.

What's the difference between rolled, 0.75 inch, and 1.25 inch?

Rolled ships flat in a tube and you stretch or frame it yourself or with a local framer. Stretched 0.75 inch is gallery-wrapped on a slim profile that sits closer to the wall, ideal for tight spaces or gallery-style installations. Stretched 1.25 inch is the standard depth, gallery-wrapped, and ships ready-to-hang with the classic canvas profile.

Do I need a separate frame for a stretched canvas?

No. The stretched format is gallery-wrapped, which means the print continues continuously around the side edges of the wood stretcher and is ready to hang directly. If you'd like a separate outer frame (framed canvas), that option is available on request via our contact form.

Can I return a custom print?

Custom-made prints are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective, or the print doesn't match the photo you uploaded. Message us at support@giftenova.com within 7 days and we'll remake or refund.
