What photo works best on fine art paper?

Photos with rich detail, soft tonal range, and natural lighting - portraits, newborn photos, landscapes, fine art photography - come out beautifully on archival matte. High-contrast or graphic images often look better on metal. We recommend a high-resolution JPG or PNG. If your photo is below the recommended resolution, the print will look softer than a higher-resolution upload would.

What's the difference between regular, foam-mounted, and framed?

Regular ships as a flat print for you to mat or frame yourself (or with a local framer). Foam-mounted bonds the print to a rigid foam-board backing so it can hang flush against the wall without a frame. Framed includes a 0.875 inch black wood frame with plexiglass glazing, ready to hang directly from the box.

Can I return a custom print?

Custom-made prints are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective, or the print doesn't match the photo you uploaded. Message us at support@giftenova.com within 7 days and we'll remake or refund.
