How long does it take to receive my print?

Production takes 3-5 business days from checkout, plus 2 to 6 business days standard shipping. For time-sensitive occasions, order at least two weeks ahead.

What photo works best on fine art paper?

Photos with rich detail, soft tonal range, and natural lighting - portraits, newborn photos, landscapes, fine art photography - come out beautifully on archival matte. High-contrast or graphic images often look better on metal. We recommend a high-resolution JPG or PNG. If your photo is below the recommended resolution, the print will look softer than a higher-resolution upload would.

What's the difference between regular, foam-mounted, and framed?

Regular ships as a flat print for you to mat or frame yourself (or with a local framer). Foam-mounted bonds the print to a rigid foam-board backing so it can hang flush against the wall without a frame. Framed includes a 0.875 inch black wood frame with plexiglass glazing, ready to hang directly from the box.

Can I return a custom print?

Custom-made prints are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective, or the print doesn't match the photo you uploaded. Message us at support@giftenova.com within 7 days and we'll remake or refund.

Personalized fine art paper print with painted family portrait, archival matte paper, unframed hanging flat on a neutral wall

Turn a photo into a gallery-grade fine art print on archival paper. Our Custom Fine Art Paper Print uses museum-quality archival matte paper printed with fade-resistant pigment inks - the kind of finish you'd expect from a professional photographer's portfolio rather than a typical home printer. Pick the regular flat print, the rigid foam-mounted version for direct-to-wall display, or the framed format with a 0.875 inch black wood frame, no mat, ready to hang from the box. This print is part of the Fine Art Prints collection.

Perfect For

Product Features

Archival Matte Paper: Museum-grade cotton-blend matte paper with a soft non-reflective finish, designed for color longevity. Default finish on every order.
Fade-Resistant Pigment Inks: Professional-grade pigment inks rated for archival longevity, locking in color and detail without the fading you see on consumer dye-based prints.
Three Format Options: Regular flat (ships ready for your own framer), foam-mounted (rigid foam-board backing for direct-to-wall display), or framed (0.875 inch black wood frame, no mat, ready to hang).
Four Sizes: 8x10, 11x14, 16x20, and 24x36 inches, covering desk and gift-sized prints to room-feature pieces.
Soft Matte Surface: Reduces glare in any lighting and reads as fine art paper, never as glossy poster, canvas, or glass.

Format Options

Regular (flat print): Ships as a flat archival print, ready for you to mat, frame, or mount through a local framer. Best for buyers who already have a frame or want full control of presentation.
Foam-Mounted: The print is bonded to a rigid 0.1875 inch foam-board backing for direct-to-wall display. No separate frame needed; sits flush against the wall with a clean modern look.
Framed: Includes a 0.875 inch black wood frame, no mat, plexiglass glazing, ready to hang from the box. The classic gallery-wall ready-to-display format.

Other paper finishes (hot press, cold press, semi-gloss, metallic, glossy, Somerset velvet) and decorative mat sizes (1-5 inch) are available on request via the contact form.

How to Customize

Upload Your Photo: Send a high-resolution JPG or PNG. Fine art paper is most rewarding with sharp, well-lit photos - portraits and detailed landscapes especially. Check your file with the free photo resolution checker to see how large it can print. The print is made directly from the photo you upload.
Pick a Size: 8x10, 11x14, 16x20, or 24x36 inches.
Choose a Format: Regular flat (ships flat for your own framer), foam-mounted (rigid ready-to-hang backing), or framed (0.875 inch black wood, ready to hang).
Add Notes (Optional): Crop preferences, color guidance, or anything we should know about the photo before printing.

Designed by our small Giftenova team and made to order, with 100,000+ orders delivered worldwide. Every piece is inspected and gift-boxed before it ships, and if something isn't perfect, we make it right.

Gallery-Grade Without the Gallery. Fine art paper is the format photographers, collectors, and serious gift-givers reach for when they want a print that holds detail, color, and tonal range the way the photographer intended. A timeless choice for portraits, milestone photos, and the kind of art you'd hang in a quiet, well-lit room.

Note: Handle with clean, dry hands; matte fine art paper shows fingerprints and oils. Keep out of persistent direct sunlight and humid spaces (foam-mounted format especially). Color reproduction is matched as closely as possible to the source photo, but printed color may vary slightly from screen.
