Is this compatible with standard building bricks?

Yes. All pieces use standard stud dimensions and snap onto any standard baseplate. You can mix our printed tiles with your own bricks to extend the build, add a frame, or create a display base.

What photo works best for a building brick photo puzzle?

Photos with a clear main subject and good contrast print the sharpest. We recommend at least 2 MP for the 46 and 48 piece versions and 4 MP or higher for the 96 and 144 piece versions. Simple, well-lit compositions translate better to the tile grid than busy backgrounds or group photos with tiny faces. Our guide explains what resolution your photo needs.

Which shape and piece count should I pick?

Choose the 46-piece square for a compact display, either heart for a heart-shaped photo keepsake, or a rectangular variant for a taller picture panel. The rectangles measure 6.2 by 7.6 inches and 7.5 by 9.5 inches, width by height. Check the crop and display space; more pieces do not make a low-resolution photo sharper.

How long does production and shipping take?

Manufacturing takes 3 to 5 business days after checkout. Each tile is printed, checked, and packed with the baseplate and assembly guide before shipping. Standard shipping is free within the U.S. and takes 2 to 6 business days. Express shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery.

Can I return a custom photo brick puzzle?

Because every kit is printed from your personal photo, we can't accept returns on a change of mind. If the kit arrives damaged, has a printing fault, or is missing tiles, message us at support@giftenova.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll remake or refund it.
