How the Surprise Works

1. Upload Photo For Box: The image that prints on the gift box lid. This is what the recipient sees when they unwrap the gift, and what they assume the puzzle will be.
2. Upload Photo For Puzzle: The image that prints on the actual puzzle. This is the reveal. As the recipient assembles, the real photo emerges piece by piece.
3. We Print Both: The box gets the decoy; the puzzle gets the reveal. Same UV-printed cardboard, same finishing, same shipping as our standard custom puzzle.
4. Send a Free Proof: Before production starts, we send a digital proof showing both layouts. You approve, we print, we ship gift-boxed.

How to Customize

1. Upload Photo For Box: The decoy photo. JPG or PNG, high-resolution. Pull from camera roll, not a social-media export.
2. Upload Photo For Puzzle: The reveal photo. Same quality requirements. We recommend 4 MP or higher for the 500 and 1000-piece versions.
3. Pick Your Piece Count: 100 XL, 500, or 1000. All three ship with the custom gift box - the box is essential to the surprise mechanic.
4. Add Custom Text on Box (Optional): A name, date, or short dedication that prints on the box lid alongside the decoy photo.
5. Add Notes (Optional): Tell us about the surprise context, special requests, or anything we should know about either photo.
6. Review and Confirm: We send a free digital proof showing both layouts. Reply to approve or request changes before production.
