Do Custom Photo Puzzles Come in a Gift Box?

Yes, with one exception by size. Every custom photo puzzle except the 99-piece pocket version ships in a custom gift box printed with your photo on the lid. The 99-piece puzzle comes in a tube packed inside an outer shipping box. The tube replaces the puzzle box, not the shipping box. Both arrive ready to wrap.
What Each Piece Count Ships In
The packaging is tied to the piece count you choose, not a separate option:
- 99 pieces: Ships in a mailer tube (about 3.5 x 5.1 in), not a box. The tube keeps the pocket-sized puzzle small enough to slip into an envelope or a stocking.
- 100 XL pieces: Ships in a custom gift box with your photo printed on the lid.
- 500 pieces: Ships in a custom gift box with your photo printed on the lid.
- 1000 pieces: Ships in a custom gift box with your photo printed on the lid.

What the Gift Box Includes
On the box versions (100 XL, 500, and 1000), the box is the packaging and the presentation in one. Your photo prints on the lid, so the image is visible before the puzzle is even opened. You can add an optional dedication or short message to print on the box using the Custom Text on Box field on the product page; leave it blank if you would rather the photo carry the box on its own.
The puzzle ships disassembled inside the box, ready to solve. The box and tube are both presentation-ready and ready to wrap. Can You Ship a Custom Puzzle Directly to the Recipient?
Yes. Enter the recipient's address as the shipping address at checkout and the puzzle ships straight to them. It arrives in the custom gift box (or the mailer tube for the 99-piece), with your photo on the lid and any dedication you added. Because the box and tube are ready to wrap rather than pre-wrapped, a recipient who receives it directly opens the gift box itself.
