Is Gift Wrap Available for Custom Photo Puzzles?
By Giftenova Team – Last updated October 7, 2026
No, but every custom photo puzzle still arrives ready to give. There is no separate gift-wrap option shown at checkout; the 100 XL, 500, and 1000 ship in a custom gift box with your photo on the lid, and the 99-piece ships in a mailer tube. Both are ready to wrap, but they are not pre-wrapped.
What You Get Instead of Gift Wrap
The packaging is the presentation. The only choice at checkout is the piece count; there is no wrapping-paper or bow add-on:
100 XL, 500, and 1000 pieces: ship in a custom gift box with your photo printed on the lid, so the image is visible before it is opened.
99 pieces: ships in a mailer tube, small enough for an envelope or a stocking.
You can add a short dedication to print on the box lid using the Custom Text on Box field on the custom jigsaw puzzle product page. If you want the box to show a different picture from the puzzle itself, the custom surprise puzzle prints one photo on the box and another on the puzzle. If you want wrapping paper or a bow, you add that yourself once it arrives.
Sending It Straight to the Recipient
You can ship a puzzle directly to the person receiving it by entering their address at checkout. For how that arrives and what is on the box, see do custom puzzles come in a gift box.
