Bulk and corporate orders cover the products we already make: acrylic plaques, photo blocks, crystal keepsakes, glass wall art, photo puzzles, and desk name plates, ordered in quantity for weddings, corporate gifting, client thank-yous, and team events. Bulk production starts at 10 or more identical pieces sharing one design, each with its own personalization fields (names, dates), and a bulk discount applies. Company logos and monograms are handled through custom engraving. The process is the same quote-first flow described below: tell us the product, the quantity, the personalization you need, and your deadline, and we reply within 1-2 business days with a production timeline and an all-in price. Most things - non-standard sizes on acrylic plaques or photo blocks, different materials, bulk orders for weddings and corporate gifts, special engravings, and products that don't have a dedicated listing yet. If we can make it, we'll quote it.
Lead times vary by product and complexity. Most custom orders ship within 5-10 business days after the design is approved. Larger items (oversized glass wall art, freight-shipped pieces) can take longer. Your quote will include an estimated production and shipping window.
