How Custom Orders Work

1. Tell us what you want. Send us a message with your idea - a reference photo, a sketch, or a written description all work. Include the occasion, dimensions if you have them in mind, and your deadline.
2. We reply with a quote. Within 1-2 business days we'll come back with a recommended material, size, production timeline, shipping estimate, and an all-in price.
3. We lock in the details. If anything needs adjusting - size, shape, photo, dedication text - we go back and forth until it's right.
4. You place the order here. Once we've agreed, we update this listing with your agreed price and direct you back to check out.

What We Can Customize

• Non-standard sizes on acrylic plaques, acrylic blocks, and photo blocks
• Different materials or finishes beyond our standard catalog
• Bulk orders for weddings, bridal showers, bachelorette parties, and corporate gifts
• Specialty engravings, logos, and dedications
• Products we don't currently list on the site but that fit our production capabilities
